Every Sword Study Bible has a unique, easy-to-use topical margin study guide which covers over 90 topics in God’s Word, using Scripture as the text and marginal markings to guide you through. The marginal markings made throughout the text of the Sword Study Bible refer readers to one of approximately one-hundred subjects in three main categories: God, God’s Plan, and Man. Verses pertaining to those categories and sub-categories are marked accordingly to help you study that topic across the entire Bible.
Marginal markings fall into three main categories: God and His many attributes (noted with a “G”), an attribute of God’s Plan or its implementation (noted with a “P”), or God’s relationship to the Church and Mankind (noted with an “M”). For example, verses relating to God and the many attributes of God, such as His Grace, His Promises, or His Love are marked with a “G”. In addition to this, the marginal marking also indicates of the specific topic that verse is discussing, and the page number where the next verse covering that specific topic can be found. A complete list of every marginal marking, topic, and sub-topic can be found in the section “Margin Study Reference & Guide” for easy reference.
If ever you find a verse relationship that is not included in our list and you would like to add it to your own Bible, or would like to make note of something else, we have intentionally left additional space in the margins so that you can easily mark new topics for yourself. We hope this marginal reference guide will enable you to further develop different study themes and will help you to increase your knowledge of God, His plan, and humanity.
